A Therapist Who Shows Up With You

What You Share Deserves Care, Not Judgment

My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of your experiences without ever assuming I know more about your life than you do. I believe in your capacity for growth, and I’m here to walk with you toward it.

How I Got Here

Every Chapter Helped Me Build This One

Before I became a therapist, I earned a degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and believed my work would be in documentary storytelling, exposing social and economic inequities through film. That passion for truth-telling never left. It simply evolved.

I moved to New York and worked in the high-pressure world of television at Saturday Night Live. Later, I launched a women-focused boutique in Los Angeles. Both chapters taught me about ambition, resilience, and the quiet struggles many people carry while pushing forward.

Eventually, I returned to school to pursue a Master’s in Psychology. I earned my LMFT and began working with teens in a diverse Los Angeles public school district. Those early therapy sessions shaped my understanding of how identity, family, trauma, and hope all live in the same story.

What Guides My Work

Privacy. Integrity. Deep Respect.

I’ve built my practice around honesty, connection, and care. I do not use AI tools or record sessions. What you share stays between us.

I am an advocate for the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals and a provider committed to racial, neurodivergence, and disability justice. I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are safe to show up and be understood.

A Note From Me

You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone

Whatever you’re carrying, there is room for it here. I won’t rush you or talk down to you. I’ll show up with presence, experience, and support as you move toward the change you’re ready to make.

When you’re ready, I’m here.
