In our first session, we clarify what brings you in, explore the changes you want to make, and uncover what might be getting in the way. From there, we identify clear goals and create a plan that supports meaningful, lasting progress.

Rates, Insurance, and How to Get Started

My standard fee is $250 per 50-minute session. I don’t accept insurance, but I do provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Some clients may qualify for a sliding scale, based on financial need and availability. If you’d like to explore this option, please reach out before scheduling your first session.
